About Enterprise Edition (EE)

This install & setup section is specifically for customers subscribing to (or trialing) Send360 Enterprise Edition, which integrates Send360's Mail360, Collateral360 and/or Social360 offerings. This guide details how to install and configure the Send360 EE Connector App (our AppExchange Managed Package), which fully integrates Send360 within Salesforce.

Note that Send360 offers two different Managed Packages for Salesforce, which are (1) Send360 Connector Free Edition ("FE") and (2) Send360 Connector Enterprise Edition ("EE"). Again, this section of our help guide is specific to Enterprise Edition and thus should NOT be used by Free Edition customers. If you are instead deploying Free Edition, please see this separate section of our Help Guide.
