Overview of Send360 Integration with Salesforce Approval Workflows

Select Send360 customers who empower their sales and partner teams to create personalized marketing content on a self-service basis also need - in some use cases - to implement an approval process (or processes) for compliance reasons. Typically, this is for a limited subset of Send360 Templates where a user can significantly customize content such as typing free form text and messaging, or inputting rate or pricing information, etc. In short, an approval step is sometimes needed to assure the customized content is compliant BEFORE (a) the sales or partner user can access or download a customized/personalized PDF or social media image they made, or (b) an order for physical print materials or direct mailing is released for fulfillment.

For these purposes, Send360 delivers a tight integration with the powerful native capabilities of Salesforce Approval Workflows. Send360 helps your users create customized/personalized content, but then hands off to Salesforce Approval Workflows to manage approvals the same way most Salesforce customers manage other types of approvals - using native Salesforce functionality. Once the Approval is granted or rejected, Salesforce communicates back with Send360 and the PDF or digital file becomes available for download, or the print/mail order is released for fulfillment.
