Send360 Overview for Graphic Designers

This section of our documentation seeks to empower Graphic Designers to properly prepare and deliver various graphic assets in support of your company's deployment of Send360.

Generally, graphic design team members will support your Send360 roll out by producing 2 types of graphic deliverables:

  1. Packaged InDesigns: Preparing and submitting PACKAGED INDESIGN FILES which provide an editable source example design to Send360 plus provide all the source assets needed to deliver a dynamic Template on Send360's InDesign Server (fonts, logos and images, brand colors, etc).

Note that Send360 will essentialy descontruct your InDesign files and transform them into programattic, dynamic Templates, including for delivering "Parent Templates" which your team will clone and modify to make dozens or hundreds of "Child Templates" on a self-service basis.

  1. PDF Image Assets: For customers that will be taking advantage of self-service Template publishing, you will also be preparing and exporting "Image Assets" (PDF files), which are used by your own team in self-service Template publishing and serve as background files for various flyers, postcards, greeting cards, etc.

By providing these "Image Assets" to your own internal Template/Marketing Admin team, they will then upload them to new "Child Templates" they make when cloning "Parent Templates" to populate your Template Library self-service.
