  • Is use of an SFDC Integration User Supported? The scheduled sync process runs via a dedicated or shared integration user or under a "real" user with our Integration User Permission Set (or a cloned & refined version of it) assigned. Individual users of Send360 (ex: sales or marketing staff) connect under their own Salesforce Session (no credentials are entered in Send360 per individual user). See here.

  • Controls over user access?** Access is controlled via SFDC User Profiles and/or Permission Sets; feature enablement inside Send360 is managed via Send360 Security Profiles (in our app, independent of SFDC)

  • How is mail list or other data sent from Salesforce to Send360? Via the SFDC API w/ TLS 1.2 encryption. All data displayed in browser via HTTPS/SSL.
