Modify Page Layouts

Appropriate Page Layouts may be modified to show the Send360 Mailers Related List and buttons. Note these modifications are optional. Speak with your Send360 account manager to determine what's beneficial or necessary.

For Lead, Contact and Person Page Layouts

Related List of Send360 Mailers on Leads/Contacts/Persons

For each Lead/Contact/Person Page Layout your User's utilize, and which should display Send360 Mailers as a related list, edit that Page Layout and add the Send360 Mailers Related List as shown below:

• Add the Button called SEND MAILER (singular, no S at end) button
• Sort by Date Submitted desending (newest to oldest)
• Disable the NEW and CHANGE OWNER buttons.

Add Page Section for Send360 "Last Mailer" Custom Fields on Leads/Contacts/Persons

For desired Lead/Contact/Person page layout(s), optionally add a page section titled similar to "Direct Mail - Send360 Last Mailer Results" or similar, as shown below.

For Campaign Page Layouts

Related List of Send360 Mailers on Campaigns

For Campaign Page Layout(s) optionally add and configure the Send360 Mailers Related List as below.

• Show the fields displayed as below
  

• Sort by Date Submitted Descending

• Disable the NEW and CHANGE OWNERS buttons

• Add the SEND MAILERS button (plural ending in S)
