Send360 Connector 5.2 (20240219)

An upgrade to our Send360 Connector Managed Package became available on 2/19/2024 as follows:

New Managed Package Version: 5.2
New Managed Package Name: 20240219

• This upgrade is within our PAID EDITION private Managed Package, and not for our publicly listed FREE EDITION.

• The upgrade simply adds 5 fields to support enhanced Approval Workflows on our Send360 Orders object, and as shown below.
  
  

• These field will be automatically populated via our Sync process if Approvals are enabled for your organization in the Send360 application. Enablement occurs in Send360, NOT in Saleforce, and can be accomplished via a discussion with your Send360 account representative.

• Be advised that going forward this 5.2 release may NOT be the most current release. You will always and only want to upgrade to whatever is our most current Send360 Connector release, which can be found here.

• Again, if you are upgrading to a more current version than 5.2, you do NOT need to install 5.2 first, as the changes will also be contained in any subsequent managed package release which is more current than 5.2.

• Also note the appropriate PERMISSION SETS included in our managed package have been updated to grant READ rights on these new fields in the "Send360 Full Site User" and "Send360 Reporting Only" permission sets, and to grant EDIT rights in the "Send360 Integration User" permission set. However, if you have previously cloned these permission sets you will need to grant permissions directly in your already cloned permission sets.
