Combined Shipping Overview

When placing multiple orders for print materials which should be shipped together to the same recipient and location, and to avoid duplicative shipping costs, Send360 offers a COMBINED SHIPPING feature at checkout.

Note this option will only show as available if the 2nd, 3rd or other items you are ordering ship from the same fulfillment plant as the initial order you are combining with. For example, if you are ordering several sets of 8.5x11 flyers, they will all ship from the same plant and thus, after you submit the first order at full shipping cost, additional orders for other materials shipping from the same plant will offer the combined shipping option. But if you are ordering very different items, for example flyers and then yard signs, it's possible those will not ship from the same plant and the combined shipping option will not be available. For your reference, Send360 currently ships direct to our customers (versus direct mailed) from 3 primary plants which each specialize in certain types of materials:

  • Austin, TX Plant: Flyers, shipped postcards (not direct mailed), tri-fold brochures, booklets, business cards, magnets & door hangers.
  • Indianapolis, IN Plant: Banners & wide format printing items, yard signs, door decals/signs, note pads & any custom 3D kits/SWAG inventoried items.
  • San Diego, CA Plant: Shipped greeting cards w/ envelopes, #10 envelopes.
  • Specialty Vendors: Occasionally Send360 directs orders to pre-existing vendors of our customers for specialty items our customers have been using prior to onboarding Send360.

How to Combine Shipments

First submit your initial/first order entering at the CHECKOUT step the desired shipping recipient details and selecting your shipping method (Ground, 3 Day, etc.). Then, soon thereafter, prepare to submit your additional order(s) but pause at the CHECKOUT step and look for the Combined Shipping option at the top of the checkout page as shown below.

Again, this option will only show if (i) the current item you are ordering ships from the same plant as a prior order which is still (ii) currently in process and has NOT been moved into print production (we process each day's submitted orders into print production M-F during the 4pm-5pm EST time window). So if you submit several orders back to back, and of similar types of materials, it's very likely you will see the combined shipping option.

Once you use the "Package With" option to select to combine with a prior order, you will see the shipping recipient details become READ ONLY, and down under the invoice line items you will see a combined shipping charge typically of only $0-$2, which is calculated based on the added weight of the additional item in your shipment.

Once you review the checkout details and are satisfied, you may submit the 2nd, then 3rd order and so on, and thereafter your orders will ship together without duplicative shipping costs.
